The Contractor Agreement is a yearly contract defining the terms and conditions. The contract does not include any volume or work obligations or exclusivity. It is only the terms and conditions that would apply if we work together and in order to start the missions smoother.

In addition to this agreement, you will have Mission Agreements for each mission we agree to work together on (more information below).
A Mission is a working assignment defined by a Mission Agreement mentioning a place, a start date and conditions.
The Mission Agreement is an appendix to the Independent Contractor Agreement signed by the Company and the Contractor prior to the Mission start. The Mission Agreement clarifies the conditions of the Mission, defining the benefits, dates, place of work and role.
In the page header, you can find the document reference and the date the Mission Agreement is issued (1). Then you have the information about the two parties involved in the mission agreement: Aterim (2), and the Contractor(3).
The information included is:
The contractor name and address if you are a self-employed.
Your company details if applicable: company name, registration number and address.
Once you agree the conditions of the Mission Agreement, we send the contract on the DocuSign platform for eSignature.

The fees and benefits details are given in a table in Chapter 5. The tables may change according to the mission, therefore some lines may be removed or added.
⚠ As mentioned in your Frame Agreement, you are required to provide the company with a valid invoice in respect of the services provided to the company on a monthly basis (more info here).
