Who is eligible to have the Revolut Card
As part of your contract or agreement, you may be given a corporate physical or digital credit card to cover the expenses needed. These expenses can be:
Hotel
Flight
Local transport
Car rental
Each time you use your Revolut card, whether the digital of physical one, you need to fill in some information concerning you expense in your Revolut account.

Uploading Receipts to Revolut Business Account
From a Computer (Internet Browser)
- You must have access to the Revolut Business web portal.
- You must have your receipt available in digital format (e.g., PDF, PNG, or JPG).
Steps:
1. Log in to your Revolut Business account on https://business.revolut.com and enter your credentials and complete 2FA if required.
2. Go to the ‘Expenses’ tab in the left-hand menu, click on “Expenses”
3. Find and click on the corporate card transaction for which you want to upload a receipt.
4. In "Expenses Details", click “Upload” in front of "Receipts" . Make sure the receipt clearly shows the merchant name, amount, and date.
5. In "Description", add a note or tag the expense to a category or project. This helps categorize the expense better.
6. Click “Submit”. Your receipt is now linked to the transaction.
From the Revolut Business App (Apple App Store & Google Play)
- The Revolut Business app must be installed on your smartphone. https://www.revolut.com/en-IE/ways-to-bank/mobile-banking/
- You must be logged in to your account.
Steps:
1. Open the Revolut Business App and tap on “Home” or “Cards” depending on your app layout.
2. Select the relevant transaction and tap the one related to your purchase.
3. Tap “Add receipt” button on the transaction details screen.
4. Choose how to add your receipt. You can take a photo of the receipt directly, or choose from library to upload an existing image or PDF.
*Make sure the receipt clearly shows the merchant name, amount, and date.
5. In "Description", add a note or tag the expense to a category or project. This helps categorize the expense better.
6. Click “Submit”. Your receipt is now linked to the transaction.
NOTES:
- Receipts should be uploaded as soon as possible after the transaction.
- Missing receipts can trigger reminders or compliance issues.
- Always ensure receipts are legible and match the transaction amount.
