The purpose of this page is to give guidance to Employees on leave rules and to provide instruction to Employees on how to request and record Annual Leave. It is the responsibility of all Employees, employed to conduct work on behalf of the Company to be familiar with and understand this Policy. The policy outlines the various types of leave and holidays available to employees and sets forth the procedures for requesting and managing time off.
Requests are made via the Holidays Request Form. You can have access to it by clicking on the buttons below.
Once your request is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email, indicating the number of annual leave days you have left until the end of the year.
⚠ The number of remaining annual leave days indicated by this e-mail is the theoretical number of days you should have at the end of the year. On your payslip, the number of leave days indicated is the number of days you have on the date of the payslip.
