Flights: Official airline websites (e.g. Air France, Lufthansa)
Accommodation: Direct hotel website, you can also contact the hotel through e-mail for further information and discounts.
Car rental: You can rent a car directly through rental company websites based in the country you're visiting. For price comparisons and a wider selection, you can also use platforms like Auto Europe — it works not only in Europe but also in many destinations worldwide.
Please be aware:
Avoid third-party visa services that may charge unnecessary fees or provide incorrect information.
Do not use unofficial or discount websites for bookings (e.g. third-party aggregators with unclear cancellation policies). These often offer lower prices but do not guarantee refunds or changes, which may cause issues if the mission schedule changes.
Always choose flexible (refundable/changeable) options for flights, accommodations, and car rentals.
Pick the most suitable option based on:

Location/logistics
Flexibility
Budget
Take a screenshot or copy the full booking details.
Before booking, send your selected option(s) to:

Wait for their confirmation.

Log your payment in Revolut following the internal process.
