Parking spaces are available in front of the office if you need to park your car. You can use the 3 following ones. There is a sign with the company name for each space.
Sometimes, vehicles park in our reserved spaces. We keep track of these cars in an excel file.
Whenever one of the spaces is occupied by a vehicle that does not belong to the company/an employee or visitor of the company, we leave a piece of paper on the windscreen. We have copies available in the black furniture below the printer. Then we enter the vehicle information into the excel file.

The meeting room is available to all. You can use it for meetings, telephone or video calls...
You can use the projector and the screen. The projector is switched on using the black remote control; press the on button once to switch it on and twice to switch it off.
To lower the screen, you have a white remote control on the table. Press down to lower it, in the middle to stop it, and up to raise it.
⚠️ don't let it go all the way to the top when you have finished using it! Remember to stop it beforehand.
You have a mouse, keyboard and speaker on the table. They are all connected to the video projector. Simply connect the USB-C cable to your computer.
